Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive overnight ICU care.

• Treat acute respiratory failure and hemodynamic instability.
• Perform chest tube insertion, bronchoscopy, and bronchoalveolar lavage.
• Perform central venous, arterial, pulmonary artery, and dialysis catheter placement.
• Perform lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
• Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and consulting specialists.
• Complete clinical documentation using Epic.

Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Board certification in an applicable Critical Care specialty.
• Completed Critical Care fellowship.
• Active Arizona medical license or qualifying IMLC status.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrated ICU procedural competency.
• Experience independently managing critically ill patients.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
