Qualifications

• M-F schedule with on-call weeks.
• Procedures include CT/USG biopsies, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures.
• Myelograms, drain/chest tube insertion, nephrostomy required.
• Embolization procedures for trauma patients required.
• Contrast US and kidney/liver ablations required.
• Fluoroscopy required -- no diagnostic radiology.
• Hospital privileges required.
• Board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide M-F coverage with on-call weeks as scheduled.
• Perform listed procedures and support credentialing process.
• Maintain hospital privileges and assist with credentialing workflow.
