Job summary
CompHealth is offering locum tenens assignments in Wisconsin with flexible durations, from single-day placements to multi-year opportunities. The program includes guidance tailored to your career stage and a streamlined credentialing process, plus housing, travel, and malpractice coverage.
Shifts run 7 am–7 pm with a typical caseload of 13–15 patients daily; duties include floor work, admits, discharges, and ID/specialty oversight as needed.
Responsibilities
- 7 am - 7 pm shifts
- Averaging 13 - 15 patients per day
- Floor work -- 1 - 2 admits and 3 - 4 discharges per physician
- NP assistance available when census exceeds normal levels
- Vent management required
- ICU rounding required
- Stress test oversight required -- supporting cardiology
- Hospital privileges required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
