• See 16–20 patients per day.
• Clinic operates Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm with no on-call.
• Provide geriatrics primary care, including well visits and preventive services.
• Manage chronic diseases and immunizations in a geriatric population.
• Credentialing and privileges coordination handled by the team.
