Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum coverage physician for a hospital surgical critical care setting in Fort Smith, AR. Coverage through late fall with a high census of patients and ED consults is anticipated.

You will manage acute care surgical cases, trauma calls, and ED consultations across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations, using Epic EMR. ATLS certification is required, and Weatherby provides paid malpractice, plus pre-paid travel and housing.

• ATLS certification required
• Experience in surgical critical care is preferred
• Proficiency in managing trauma calls and ED consults
