Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Family Practice physician for locum tenens assignments in Nebraska.

The role involves a 2 weeks per month rotating outpatient clinic, OB call, and ER shifts, with 18–20 patients per day, mostly geriatric, with on-site mid-level support seeing 8–12 patients daily.

Weatherby provides malpractice coverage, pre-paid travel and housing, assignment details via an online portal, and 24-hour consultant access.

Qualifications

• EM experience required.
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Suture removal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic, walk-in clinic, and ER rotation.
• ER shifts available — 12 or 24 hour options.
• Mid-level on-site support sees 8–12 patients per day.
• ER volume and geriatric patient mix described (18–20 patients/day, teens/adults).
