CompHealth is seeking qualified locum physicians for inpatient critical care assignments in Fort Smith, AR. Shifts run 12 hours (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am) with in-house call and a daytime support staff to assist with calls. Ideal candidates have ventilation management and invasive airway skills, plus experience with central/arterial lines and PA catheters.

Chest tube insertion and bronchoscopy are preferred. CompHealth arranges housing, travel, malpractice coverage, and a streamlined credentialing

Qualifikationen

• Inpatient critical care experience required or preferred.
• In-house call coverage required with 8:10 call ratio.
• Ventilation management and invasive airway skills preferred.
• Experience with central/arterial lines and PA catheters preferred.
• Chest tube insertion and bronchoscopy preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide locum tenens coverage in inpatient critical care settings.
• Manage 12-hour shifts (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am).
• Participate in in-house call and coordinate with daytime support staff.
• Perform or assist with central/arterial line insertions and PA catheter placement.
• Carry out chest tube insertion and bronchoscopy as needed.
• Assist with credentialing and privileging processes.
• Access assignment details via the online portal and work with a dedicated recruiter.
