Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a hospital-based cardiologist for locum tenens assignments in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will cover 7 am – 7 am shifts across multiple blocks, focusing on rounding and consults with no clinic duties.

TEE, echo, stress, and EKG are required, with nuclear cardiology experience a strong plus. The role includes leave coverage, paid malpractice, and travel/housing support, with 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Cardiology physician with nuclear cardiology experience preferred.
• TEE, echo, and EKG required.
• Willing to cover nights and weekends as needed.
• Hospital-based rounding and consults; no clinic.
