CompHealth helps physicians find locum tenens opportunities and handles credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage. The physician will cover days and call shifts with a focus on timely response and patient care.

Applicants must hold BC or BE, possess a current DEA license, and engage in credentialing. Travel and housing arrangements are coordinated by CompHealth for seamless assignments and support.

Qualifications

• BC or BE in medicine is required.
• Must have updated medical licensure for practice.
• Credentialing processes must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient encounters per shift (18-20 on average).
• Respond to patient care needs and calls promptly.
• Manage credentialing and privileging requirements.
