Job summary

PC Recruiter seeks an Acute Care NP or PA to provide cardiovascular surgery locum tenens coverage in Atlanta, GA. The assignment spans 10-hour days, four days per week, from 10/15/2026 to 3/31/2027, with 7am–5pm shifts and a daily volume of 7–10 cases. EVH experience, active GA license, and Epic EMR proficiency are required.

Travel and lodging are paid. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of cardiothoracic/cardiovascular surgical experience, DEA, BLS, and ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• PA-C or ACNP with 5 years of cardiothoracic/cardiovascular surgery experience.
• Must have EVH experience, DEA, and active Georgia license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care coverage for cardiovascular surgery patients as locum tenens.
• Perform endothelial vein harvesting (EVH) procedures when required.
• Document care in Epic EMR and collaborate with perioperative teams.
