• Scheduled clinical hours plus call -- beeper call, 30-min response
• Call ratio: 1:2
• Typically 1 surgery patient per day plus Cath/EP lab support
• Full spectrum of pediatric cardiac care -- cath lab experience only
• Avg 3 - 4 patients seen on call with 0 admissions
• Required: pediatric general, spinal, and open heart anesthesia
• Required: central line and arterial line placement
• Cardiac, ortho, neuro, thoracic, and pediatric surgical types
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
