Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks a board-certified pediatrician for sporadic dates from October to December in the Hudson Valley region of New York. The assignment includes outpatient pediatric clinic coverage, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with inpatient coverage 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, plus call from 4:45 PM to 7:45 AM and 24-hour coverage next day.

Caseload expected 0–10 patients daily. Requirements include an active New York medical license, pediatrics board certification, PALS, BLS, DEA

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatrician with active NY license, PALS, BLS, and DEA with prescriptive authority.
• Experience with outpatient pediatric clinics and inpatient call coverage.
• No surgeries or procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric clinic coverage Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Inpatient service coverage 7:45 AM–4:45 PM and 24-hour call 7:45 AM–7:45 AM.
• Occasional on-site call with 0–10 patients per day.
