The position runs Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekly pay at a rate of $155–$160 per hour and extension potential based on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• Active California Physician License.
• BLS Certification.
• CPR Card.
• Board Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive routine eye exams for patients aged 4+.
• Conduct contact lens fittings and patient education on lens care.
• Evaluate and manage eye urgencies and non-surgical emergencies.
• Provide medical optometry services, including diagnosis and treatment of ocular conditions.
• Frequently dilate patients for retinal and ocular health evaluations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients on preventive eye care, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations.
• No surgical procedures required.
