Qualifications

• Board certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Oncology and Hematology experience.
• Wisconsin medical license (IMLC/Compact licensure accepted).
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required (exemptions considered).

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Oncology and Hematology care in outpatient clinic and infusion center.
• Conduct inpatient oncology consultations at Monroe location.
• Manage call coverage for Monroe site.
• Oversee infusion services with Epic/beacon treatment plans.
