Job summary

Odyssey Locums seeks a locum OB-GYN to cover a 340-bed community hospital near Springfield, MO. Schedule is PRN with 6–24 hour shifts monthly; weekends preferred but flexible. In-house coverage includes full-scope OB-GYN with MFM support 24/7 and VBACs allowed.

EMR systems are Meditech/Athena Flow with real-time documentation. APP supervision is required, licensing includes BC/BE, DEA, ACLS, and credentialing takes 30–60 days.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in OB-GYN required.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• ACLS certification required.
• Credentialing typically 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB-GYN care in a community hospital.
• Support MFM coverage and in-house anesthesia as needed.
• Supervise APPs as required.
