AMN Healthcare seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician for locum tenens coverage in Hobbs, NM. Start date ASAP with a pay rate of $1,746.00 to $1,890.00 per day.

The assignment involves scheduled clinical hours plus call, with credentialing expected in about four weeks and Epic as the EMR. AMN provides malpractice insurance and coordinates travel, lodging, rentals and transportation for contractors.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certification in OB/GYN required.
• New Mexico medical license required to practice.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled clinical hours plus call as part of coverage.
• Manage about 10 deliveries per week.
• Approximately 15 patient visits daily with 4 gynecology surgeries weekly.
• Credentialing timeframe around four weeks.
