Job summary

Curative is seeking a locum Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to cover multi-day OB hospitalist blocks in Dillon, South Carolina. The role involves light inpatient census with typically 2-4 hours of onsite patient care per day, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries and ED OB/GYN consults as needed.

Candidates must be MD or DO, board-certified in OB/GYN, hold an active SC license and a DEA. Airfare and lodging are provided, along with rental car and mileage.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
• Active South Carolina medical license required.
• DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient OB/GYN coverage for patients aged 15-70.
• Approximately 1–3 deliveries and 2–4 NST or observation patients daily.
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries performed.
• Emergency department OB/GYN consults as needed.
• 24-hour pager call coverage.
• Multi-day coverage blocks with daily inpatient rounding (including weekends).
