Job summary

Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Obstetrics/Gynecology physician in Flagstaff, AZ. The assignment is 13 weeks starting 10-30-26 with a 24-hour on-call shift schedule (19:00–19:00). The position is at an acute care hospital, offering competitive pay of $1,500–$1,700 per day.

The role requires MD or DO with OB/GYN residency, ABOG or AOA board certification, and an active AZ medical license. At least one year of obstetric/gynecologic clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in obstetrics & gynecology (ACGME or AOA).
• Board certification in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOA).
• Active and unrestricted AZ medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health care for women across life stages.
• Perform gynecologic exams, ultrasounds and diagnostic procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures (heterogeneity by scope).
• Diagnose and treat women’s health conditions and counsel on family planning.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay updated on OB/GYN advancements.
