Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician to cover 24-hour in-house call shifts (7 am to 7 am) in an inpatient hospital setting. The assignment includes vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and emergent gynecology, with about 900 deliveries per year.

Ongoing coverage potential beyond the initial dates, with paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and access to a Weatherby consultant 24/7. Rates range from $150.00 to $225.00 hourly, all-inclusive.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage (7am–7am).
• Cover walk-in women's services from the ED.
• Deliveries: vaginal, cesarean, emergent GYN.
• Inpatient hospital setting.
• Ongoing coverage potential beyond initial dates.
