Aya Locums in Baraboo, WI has an immediate opening for a locum Obstetrics/Gynecology physician. The 13-week assignment starts 01-22-27 and pays $2,400–$2,500 per day with a 24-hour on-call schedule.

Applicants must hold an MD/DO, OB/GYN residency (ACGME/AOA), and an active Wisconsin license. Responsibilities include pregnancy care, gynecologic exams, ultrasounds, and possibly surgeries, with Aya Locums providing credentialing, licensing support, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in obstetrics and gynecology (ACGME or AOA) required.
• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology preferred.
• Active Wisconsin medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare for women across all stages of life.
• Conduct gynecological exams, ultrasounds and other diagnostic procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries (depending on scope of practice).
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions.
• Provide counseling on reproductive health, contraception and family planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians and neonatologists, for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients.
• Stay current on the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing education.
