Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician to join outpatient clinics with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week. Flexible 7 am–3 pm or 8 am–7 pm shifts, averaging 10–15 peak shifts per month.

You will manage up to 20 patients per shift, including low to high-risk obstetrics (vaginal, cesarean, VBACs) and minor gynecologic procedures. R interpretation and Level I ultrasound screening are required; paid malpractice, travel, and housing expenses are provided.

Qualifications

• R interpretation and Level I ultrasound screening required
• Experience with obstetric high-risk patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage in outpatient clinic, 40 hrs/week
• Shift options include 7 am–3 pm or 8 am–7 pm; 10–15 shifts/month peak
• Care for up to 20 patients per shift; no on-call duties
• Perform low to high-risk obstetric procedures including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs; minor gynecologic procedures
