Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in the United States seeks an OB/GYN locum tenens physician for in-house 24-hour call shifts, 5–8 shifts per month, with an average of 25 patients per shift. You will cover C-sections, breech deliveries, and manage both low and high risk pregnancies, including OB ultrasound performance and interpretation.

Compensation ranges from $150.00 to $225.00 hourly, with paid malpractice insurance, prepaid travel and housing expenses, and ongoing support from a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN physicians must be able to perform and interpret OB ultrasounds.

Responsibilities

• In-house 24-hour call shifts.
• Coverage for 5–8 shifts per month.
• Average 25 patients per shift.
• Manage C-section, breech delivery, VBACs as required.
• Handle high and low risk pregnancy management and deliveries.
• High acuity OB/GYN emergencies through Emergency Department.
