Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is partnering with Fargo-area facilities to place an obstetrician/gynecologist for ongoing assignments. The role involves 24-hour in-house call shifts with 3-4 shifts per month, rapid call response, and involvement in deliveries and obstetric care with a focus on both high- and low-risk pregnancies.

Candidates should be skilled in FHR interpretation, OB ultrasound, C-section and VBAC. GYN procedures like IUD, cystoscopy, LEEP may be encountered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in fetal heart rate interpretation and obstetric ultrasound.
• Experience with surgical procedures including cesarean sections and gynecologic interventions.
• Ability to manage high, low risk pregnancies and collaborate with midwives.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care during deliveries.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance through online portal.
