Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an OB/GYN for 2nd call backup coverage in Texas. You will provide hospital-based obstetric care including low and high risk OB, vaginal deliveries, and C-section support.

Responsibilities include responding within 30 minutes, handling 5 calls per shift and 3–5 patients per shift. CompHealth arranges complimentary housing and travel, covers malpractice, and streamlines credentialing for a smooth assignment.

• 2nd call -- backup call coverage position
• 30-minute response time required from hospital
• 5 calls per shift
• 3 - 5 patients per shift
• Low and high risk OB, vaginal delivery, C-section required
• Surgical gyn: open, lap, operative/major procedures required
• Office gyn: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryotherapy required
