Schedule and Shift Details

• Option to work ½ days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours). Follow-up administrative work will be required on a regular basis. Travel Provider must have own office and be within 50 mile radius of home address listed unless otherwise noted.

Compensation NP/PA Provider Pay

• Level A ( 1-2 DBQs): $81.25
• Level B ( 3-5 DBQs): $182.00
• Level C ( 6-9 DBQs): $299.00
• Level D (10-13 DBQs): $419.25
• Level E (14-17 DBQs): $533.00

Additional Compensation

• Medical Opinion: $32.50 (w/ exam)
• Medical Opinion: $48.75 (w/o exam)
• No Show: $32.20
