Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Oregon is seeking an experienced NP or PA for vascular surgery locum tenens coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

ASAP start for up to 6 months with about 6 call shifts per month, including 12- and 24-hour calls. Coverage needed October through December.

Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, patient management, surgical first assist, in-clinic procedures, with EPIC EMR; must work with an MD/DO, not solo.

Qualifications

• Vascular surgery experience required.
• Surgical first-assist experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Oregon license preferred for immediate coverage; OR license may be considered for future dates.

• Rounding, admissions and patient management in vascular cases.
• Surgical first assist during vascular procedures.

VASCULAR SURGERY APP - LOCUM TENENS

Seeking an experienced NP or PA for vascular surgery coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• ASAP start; assignment approved for up to 6 months.
• Approximately 6 call shifts per month.
• 12-hour and 24-hour call shifts.
• Weekday and weekend coverage.
• Current openings in October, November, and December.
• Average 15-20 patients per day.
• Vascular and endovascular patient population.
• Rounding, admissions, patient management, and surgical first assist.
• Assist with in-clinic procedures.
• Work alongside an MD/DO - no solo coverage.
• EPIC EMR.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Vascular Surgery experience.
• Surgical first-assist experience.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Case logs documenting relevant surgical experience within the past 24 months.
• Oregon license preferred for immediate coverage; candidates without an OR license may be considered for future dates.
