Palm Careers is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Michigan. The APP will support a cardiothoracic vascular surgery team across multiple hospital locations in an inpatient setting, focusing on CVOR support.

Start as early as January 2027 and work across facilities within the health system. This role involves first assist in thoracic and cardiovascular procedures, perioperative and inpatient care, and on-call coverage as assigned,

Qualifications

• Certified APP (NP, PA, or DNP)
• Cardiothoracic or CVOR experience required
• Comfortable working across multiple hospital sites
• Strong clinical and teamwork skills

Calling all experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistants for a great LOCUM Opportunity in Michigan! Advanced Practice Providers will support a cardiothoracic vascular surgery team across multiple hospital locations. This is a locum tenens opportunity in an inpatient surgical setting with a focus on CVOR support.

Position Highlights:

• Start as soon as January 2027
• Provide thoracic and cardiovascular surgical support in a hospital-based setting
• Work collaboratively with surgeons and a multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in scheduled shifts and shared call coverage
• Opportunity to work across multiple facilities within the health system
