Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care with assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation (EMR: Meditech).
• Admissions and rounding; monitor patient progress and follow-ups.
• Educate patients on health management and prevention strategies.
• Participate in patient care team meetings and case discussions.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions.

Job Details
