Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 7a-3p

Weekday and 1:4 weekend call rotation

Setting: Inpatient

Daily Volume: 20 per day

Case Volume: 6-8 hearts and 9-12 thoracic cases per week

Duties: Pre- and post-operative patient evaluation and treatment, OR first‑assist for CT surgical cases, ICU and step‑down management, daily rounding, discharge summaries, etc.

Support Staff: 5 surgeons, 4 mid‑levels, RN

EMR: Epic

Must be board‑certified
