GLOBAL MEDICAL STAFFING seeks a Neurological Surgery Physician to provide locum coverage in Springfield, Missouri. The role emphasizes in-house call from 7 am to 7 am, with 7–10 days per month, and hospital-based neurosurgery coverage including endovascular cases.

Candidates should be proficient in cerebrovascular open and endovascular procedures, including aneurysm clipping and ICP monitor placement. There are no clinic duties; the physician can take patients from call to OR/IR as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cerebrovascular open and endovascular procedures.
• Expertise in aneurysm clipping and ICP monitor placement.
• Preferred: carotid or vertebral artery surgery.

Responsibilities

• In-house call 7 am–7 am, 7–10 days per month.
• 3–4 phone consults per 24 hours on average.
• Hospital-based neurosurgery call coverage.
• Endovascular call only – no clinic duties.
• Ability to take patient from call to OR/IR as needed.
