Job summary

LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified neurosurgeon for a 24-hour on-site call assignment in the Washington region. The clinician will provide inpatient neurological surgery coverage, including stroke management and cranial cases, with APP support to coordinate patient care.

Shifts are primarily weekends with some weekday coverage; the workload is 1–2 admissions per day, and coverage is required about 3–6 days per month across the assignment period.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour on-site call coverage for inpatient neurological surgery services.
• Manage acute stroke and cranial cases during on-call periods.
• Perform endovascular stroke interventions and craniotomies as needed.
• APP support to coordinate patient care across shifts.
