Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in Worcester, MA. The assignment supports a busy NICU with 24/7/365 coverage and on-site shifts, including weekends. Credentialing takes about 90 days, and Massachusetts licensure is required.

Start ASAP with a pay rate of $97–$105 per hour. Work schedule runs 10-05-2026 through 02-28-2027, Monday–Friday 5:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. and full weekend coverage; some shifts include on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neonatal or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Massachusetts medical license required
• Locum tenens experience a plus
