Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in New Jersey. The role covers vascular and urgent interventional radiology procedures, including angio, embolizations, stenting, and IVC filter placement.

Schedule is 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekday and weekend call coverage. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24/7 consultant support. Board-certified IR physicians are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Board certification is required for the role.
• Proficiency in vascular and urgent interventional radiology procedures.
• Experience performing angio, embolizations, stenting, and related IR work.

Responsibilities

• Provide IR coverage from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday with call obligations.
• Perform vascular and urgent procedures including angio, embolizations and stenting.
• Place IVC filters and participate in Y-90 oncology procedures; TIPS and GU/General IR tasks.
