Shifts run 7 am–5 pm with 10-hour days and a 5 pm–7 am pager call. Expect 7 patients per shift, admissions and rounding, and a 30-minute call radius. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, travel and housing, and dedicated consultant support.
