Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or eligibility.
• Active Minnesota medical license.
• Associate-level or higher experience in internal medicine or related clinical setting.
• Strong diagnostic and management skills for complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients in an on-site clinical setting.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Conduct examinations, take histories, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and manage ongoing care for chronic conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and immunizations.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records per standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical best practices.
