The role comprises 80% clinic and 20% hospital work, with a 4x10 or 5x10 schedule and no on-call requirements. A strong team supports daily patient care, including 3.5 RN case managers, 5 CMAs, and nurses.

Ideal candidates will work with an adult population (100%) and a 40% hematology / 60% oncology patient mix, with hospital privileges required to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Treat hematology and oncology patients in clinic and hospital settings.
• Manage a patient load of 8–10 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a support staff including 3.5 RN case managers, 5 CMAs, and nurses.
