Job summary

Global Medical Staffing is seeking a physician to join our locum tenens program in Arizona. The role includes a Mon-Fri schedule with night and weekend call rotations, covering a clinic with about 20 patients daily and a hospital service of 20+ patients with 5–10 new consults per day.

Endoscopy procedures are required and 75% of consults convert to procedures. The position involves supervising fellows, ACLS certification, and participation in a nationwide support network.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• Licensing assistance and cost reimbursement available.
• NALTO member status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide endoscopy procedures as required.
• Cover 50% adult clinic and 50% adult hospital duties.
• Supervise fellows on clinical rotations.
• Maintain a Mon-Fri schedule with night and weekend call rotation.
• Attend to clinic: ~20 patients per day; hospital: 20+ on service with 5–10 new consults daily.
