Job summary

The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Advanced Gastroenterologist to join the Mapunapuna Medical Office in Honolulu, Hawaii. This locum position offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient work, including advanced endoscopy procedures (ERCP and EUS) with a shared call schedule.

Ideal candidates hold BC/BE in GI and Internal Medicine, completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship, and are able to commit to a full-time schedule for at least six months.

Qualifications

• BC in Internal Medicine; BC/BE in Gastroenterology.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• Completion of Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship.
• Full-time locum schedule for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient clinic, inpatient consultations/procedures, and advanced endoscopic procedures such as ERCP and EUS.
• Shared call.
