Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a hospitalist for a leave coverage assignment in Tyler, Texas. The role involves inpatient rounds, on-call coverage Monday through Friday, with 4–6 patients seen per call and 4–6 admissions per call.

Procedures include colonoscopies, IP consults, GI lab work, ERCP, EUS, PEG, and liver biopsy, with both upper and lower GI endoscopy and esophageal procedures required. Travel and housing support are provided, along with malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Inpatient hospital setting with rounding required.
• GI procedures including colonoscopies and GI lab work.
• ERCP, EUS, PEG and liver biopsy required; upper and lower GI endoscopy.

Responsibilities
