Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in New Mexico. The role is inpatient, with ERCP/EUS required, and procedures including colonoscopy and liver biopsy. Shifts are 8 am–5 pm, 7–14 day stretches, with call coverage for 15+ patients and 5–10 admissions per call.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology care in an inpatient setting.
• Perform ERCP, EUS, colonoscopy, and liver biopsy as required.
• Support and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Cover 15+ patient encounters per shift and 5–10 admissions per call.
