Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions seeks a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in northern Indiana. The assignment involves Monday–Sunday 8a–5p shifts, ER call 8a-5p, inpatient and outpatient care, with a clinic volume of 4–6 patients per day.

Board-certified physicians with CSR and DEA are required; ERCP/EUS experience is preferred. Travel and lodging are provided through Medicus, and Cerner is the EMR used on site.

Qualifications

• Board-certified GI physician required.
• CSR and DEA credentials required.
• Experience with ERCP or EUS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover GI procedures for urgent inpatient needs.
• Provide locum tenens gastroenterology coverage at Level III Trauma Center.
• Work in inpatient and outpatient settings with ER call coverage.
