Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Take patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Perform minor procedures as permitted by state regulations.
• Collaborate with specialists for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with CME.
