Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a locum tenens ENT surgeon in Rhode Island. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with 14-16 office patients per day. Duties include clinic, OR, hospital rounding and on-call coverage; 24-hour beeper call in a 1:4 rotation with a 15-minute response time.

Both pediatric and adult patients are seen. Requirements include endoscopic procedures, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, thyroidectomy; rhinoplasty and complex head and neck procedures.

Qualifications

• Locums experience preferred; ongoing availability desired.
• Clinic schedule includes inpatient and outpatient work.
• Candidate must be able to manage both pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Clinic, OR, hospital rounding and call coverage required.
• 24-hour beeper call in a 1:4 rotation with a 15-minute response time.
• Provide endoscopic procedures and head/neck surgical care as required.
