Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an endocrinology physician for a locum tenens outpatient assignment in Massachusetts. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and about 18–20 patients per day once established.

The role involves outpatient care, potential rotation to a satellite location 1–2x/week, and no on-call, nights, or weekends. Compensation is competitive with Weatherby support available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Endocrinology experience preferred.
• No procedures required in this assignment.

Responsibilities

• M-F, 8 am–5 pm with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule.
• Outpatient clinic setting with possible rotation to satellite location 1–2x/week.
• No call, no nights, no weekends.
• Manage common endocrinology cases (diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, calcium disorders).
