Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support in Texas. Start date ASAP. Inpatient setting with scheduled clinical hours and in-house call; must be board certified or board eligible.
Must be Texas-licensed and hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS; EMR is MEDHOST; credentialing approx. 15 days. AMN provides malpractice coverage and handles travel, lodging, and transportation.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Licensed to practice in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medicine coverage during scheduled clinical hours and in-house call.
- Work in an inpatient practice setting.
- Coordinate patient care with hospital staff and EMR (MEDHOST).
