Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking ED physicians for locum tenens assignments in Oklahoma. Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays, with 8–10 shifts per month and 20–25 patients per shift. ED duties include central lines, intubations, and the usual emergency procedures required in a fast-paced department.

Qualifications include ACLS, BLS and PALS, and board certification. Weatherby provides paid malpractice coverage, travel and housing, and 24/7 consultant support.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Board certification is required.
• Emergency department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nights, weekends and holidays shifts: 8–10 per month.
• Manage 20–25 patients per shift in the ED.
• Perform ED procedures including central lines and intubations.
