Job summary

Consilium Staffing, LLC is seeking EM/ FM-EM physicians for a locum-to-perm role in Hastings, Nebraska. The ED features nine treatment areas, Level III trauma designation, and uses EPIC EMR. Join a team of physicians and APPs delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Shifts are 12 hours with duties in a Level III trauma ED. Board-certified/eligible candidates with EM experience and Nebraska license eligibility are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• Active medical license or eligible to be licensed in Nebraska.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide care in an ED with nine treatment areas and a Level III trauma designation.
• Lead quality initiatives for the Emergency Services Department.

• Join six emergency medicine physicians plus advanced practice providers in a collaborative and supportive environment where patient-centered care is the priority. Our passionate, community-centered hospitalist team will work with you to make a difference in the lives of the patients.

• Board certified/eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.

• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Nebraska.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Manageable workload working 12-hour shifts.

• Provide top-quality patient care in an emergency department with nine treatment areas and a level III trauma designation.

• Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.

• Lead quality initiatives that advance excellence throughout the Emergency Services Department.

• Advance strategic hospital relationships to establish durable, value-driven partnerships in central Nebraska.

Schedules are typically made about a month or so in advance. Shifts are 8a-8p/8p-8a for physicians and 12a-12p for APPs.
