Job summary

77 consultants is seeking a Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in an on-site Spokane setting. This entry-level contract role covers preoperative evaluation through recovery, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses to ensure safe patient outcomes. New graduates encouraged.

Requires RN license, CRNA certification eligibility, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and board certification. On-site shifts, travel and expenses covered, outpatient GI or pediatric dental caseload, flexible

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current RN license.
• CRNA certification or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Board-certified or eligible.
• Willingness to work on-site in Spokane with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and review patient histories.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans for each case.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor vitals and adjust anesthesia during procedures.
• Manage airway, ventilation, and oxygenation.
• Administer anesthetic agents and fluids as required.
• Document anesthesia care accurately in patient records.
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and recovery support.
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies.
• Assist with anesthesia equipment setup and safety checks.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nurses to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control.
