As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering anesthesia services to patients undergoing a variety of procedures. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring patient safety and comfort, while collaborating closely with our dedicated surgical teams. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or medical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Evaluate patients' medical histories and assess risks before procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Document anesthesia processes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist in developing anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or a related field.

Daily Case Volume (Varies by Specialty Day)

• Hand Surgery: 11-15 cases
• Foot & Ankle Surgery: 4-8 cases
• Spine Procedures: Typically 2 cases
• Sports Medicine Procedures: 5-8 cases
