Start Date: January 1, 2026

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: 3–4 weekday shifts/week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Rate: Negotiable based on commitment, availability, and experience

Clinical Environment

• Setting: Outpatient surgical care; no inpatient or admissions required
• Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice with physician support available (not direct supervision)
• Shifts: 10-hour days, 3–4 days/week
• Cases:
  • General Surgery
  • ENT
  • Ortho
  • GI
  • GYN
  • Regional blocks
  • No OB, peds, trauma, or cardiac
• Support: Collaborative surgical and anesthesia teams; Epic EMR
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days (temporary privileges not available)
• Licensure: Wisconsin license or active IMLC required
